Echo Smart is a wireless smart home management system. By voice or remotely with your smartphone, you can, for example, control the lighting, regulate the temperature, switch off electrical appliances or unlock the front door lock.

The price of an apartment purchased from us includes the Echo Smart starter package, which you can expand and adapt to your needs. So you always know what’s going on in your home. No matter where you are or what you are doing.

Security

With Echo Smart you have full control over what is happening in your apartment while you are away. If you forgot to turn off the iron or the TV, you can do it using the mobile app. You can also remotely let your neighbour in to water the flowers or feed the dog. And flood and smoke detectors will alert you in case of an emergency, allowing you to react quickly.

Energy efficiency

Thanks to Echo Smart you can adapt the atmosphere in your home to your needs. Raise the roller blinds in the morning to ensure the sun is shining in your rooms, or lower them in the evening to protect your home from the cold. You can also turn off the lights and reduce the temperature in rooms where no one is home. Just before you return home, the temperature will automatically rise to the pre-set level and the lights will be switched on. In this way, you reduce energy consumption and lower your electricity and heating bills.

Comfort

Daily life consists of many small actions that you perform in your home depending on the time of day: opening and closing the blinds, adjusting the temperature in the rooms, adjusting the light intensity, switching on and off the electronics or the alarm, etc. With Echo Smart, you can trigger these actions using the app and voice commands or save them as scenarios that will switch on automatically according to the rhythm of your day. And the smart home will do these tasks for you!

Head Office

connects all Echo Smart devices together into one system. It works wirelessly, so you can add new devices and expand the system to other rooms at any time, without having to cut walls or redecorate.

Heating control

wherever you are you can control the temperature in your flat. No more excessive heating bills!

Lighting control

With a single click, you can turn the light on or off without having to get up from your couch. You can also vary the intensity of the light, adjusting the brightness to suit your activity: reading, working on your laptop or watching a film.

Flood sensor

will warn you as soon as it detects a leak in the kitchen or bathroom. If you expand the system to include an electro-valve, the sensor will also automatically cut off the water supply in the event of flooding.

Smoke detector

will sound an alarm and warn you as soon as smoke is detected.
